What it does
The Billing tab in Settings shows your current subscription plan and usage. It also provides access to the Stripe billing portal where you can manage your payment method, view invoices, and change your plan.
What you see
- Current plan — your active subscription tier.
- Usage — how much of your plan's limits you have used (products, submittals, AI extractions, etc.).
How pricing works (packages)
Plans are priced in submittal packages. One package = one assembled submittal. Everything inside a package is free after it is built: edits, re-renders, new PDF versions, sharing, and review comments. Rebuilding the same document in the same conversation is also free — a package is never charged twice.
- Free — $0. 3 packages every month, 1 seat. No card needed.
- Starter — $25 per seat / month. 5 packages per seat, pooled across the team. Adds AI Quotes, AI Purchase Orders, and the Procurement Log.
- Pro — $149 / month. 40 packages, 5 seats included.
- Team — $349 / month. 100 packages, 10 seats included.
- Enterprise — custom pricing, unlimited use. Contact sales.
Need more packages? $30 buys 5 extra packages. They never expire and roll over forever. When you run out mid-build, the Builder keeps your work saved and offers the pack right there — one click and the same build finishes.
Free trial: every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial (card required, one trial per customer).
Accounts created before August 28, 2026 stay on their original token-based terms — nothing changed for them.
Managing your subscription
- Go to Settings and click the Billing tab.
- Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
- In the Stripe portal, you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card).
- View and download past invoices.
- Change or cancel your subscription plan.
